About Me...

I am a passionate soul! A follower of Jesus and lover of my husband and family, I strive daily to live my life with intention and with "Eucharisteo" in all things. The root word of Eucharisteo is 'charis', meaning grace and thanksgiving. I've struggled throughout life with my own emotional pains from childhood, experienced divorce and rebuilding, managed different careers and raised two children. I have confronted disappointment, loneliness, and longed to live a life set free. I invested hours into personal counseling for my own discovery and desire to live in wholeness. Now my joy is to encourage and coach others to move forward, believe, and embrace the full life they desire to live. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, feel "stuck", or are facing a transition, I would love to work alongside you to develop strategies to move forward and step into living life with more contentment and purpose.

Life can be so complicated to navigate and often things don't go as we had envisioned. We can face challenges and confusion in the areas of career, personal development, relationships, nutrition, divorce, grief, and even financial wellness. A Life Coach comes alongside to help one identify a direction, set goals, and move forward.

EMBRACE- Finally, we work together, empowering you to embrace your new practices and beliefs by establishing healthy routines to promote success in your direction and purpose.

Relationship Coaching
My husband Don and I are certified facilitators of SYMBIS- Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts. We, ourselves went through this pre-marital assessment and coaching before we were married. We found the process to be invaluable! We strongly believe in the sanctity of marriage and enjoy working with couples as they purpose to unite their lives in oneness.
This process includes an online assessment taken separately by each person after connecting with us as your facilitators. Then we will have a few sessions together to go over your assessment. We will have a great time discussing important traits and details that are revealed in the assessment. Find us at the link below!
